I’ve been trying to eat healthier now a days. You know what that means low card and high intake of spinach. This easy recipe is filling and easy to make.
Ingredients
– 1 cup of frozen spinach
– 1 large egg
– 4 slices of bacon
– 3/4th cup of cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Grab a skillet and spray it with Pam so your bacon don’t stick.
2. Cook the bacon until your desired cripsiness. Place cooked bacon on paper towels.
3. Grab another skillet and spray with Pam so your egg and spinach don’t stick.
4. Pour the cup of spinach in the skillet and saute it for about a minute.
5. Crack the egg into the skillet and scramble the egg and spinach together until your there is no visible liquid.
6. Cut up the bacon with a knife or scissors. Whatever your heart desires. Put the pieces into the skillet and saute into the mix.
7. Grab a bowl and pour the beacon, egg and spinach mixture into the bowl.
8. Pour the cheese on top.
9. Enjoy !
Lazy Instruction (when you don’t need to do those dishes)
1. Preheat oven to 400 and lay foil in oven and place bacon strips on foil. Let bacon cook for 8 minutes then flip and let it cook for another 8 minutes. Cook more if you want more crispness.
2. Grab a bowl and put in 1 tablespoon of water in it. Pour the spinach in it and place the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Drain excess water.
3. Crack egg in the bowl with the spinach and beat it. Microwave on 30 sec intervals until there is no more liquid visible.
4. Check your bacon, make sure it’s not burning. Once your bacon is finished cut it up and pour it into the bowl.
5. Pour the cheese and Enjoy.
